Single coaching course

The Atelier (8 weeks)
8 weekly 1:1 sessions, voice-note support between, and one in-person retreat day. Six humans per cohort.

Things people ask before signing up.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-facing and action-oriented. If something therapeutic comes up, your coach will name it and we will help you find the right kind of support.
How much time per week?
Plan on 2 hours: a 50-minute session, a 30-minute reflection, and small daily check-ins. We design assignments that fit a real life — not a content creator’s.
What if I miss a week?
You will. The program assumes it. Every cohort has a “fall off and come back” ritual that we run on Sunday nights.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If by the end of week two you decide it is not for you, write us one paragraph about why and we refund 100%, no friction.
Do you take corporate clients?
Selectively. We run small leadership cohorts of 4–6 people inside companies that take inner work seriously. Reach out via Contact.
